Radar map shows weird artifacts

As multiple users have already reported, the radar map in some areas shows weird artifacts in some cases. This is likely due to meteoblue filling up the radar observations with its own forecast data due to licensing issues. I will have to investigate and potentially add another radar map provider in the future.
