Add combined variables charts

Some users wish to see certain variables in a combined chart, similar to how meteoblue charts are visualized. Ideally I want to be able to provide an option to make this configurable. E.g. making cloud cover and sunshine hours "combinable" which would allow users to configure them together in one view. Variables I want to support at the moment: Cloud cover Sunshine hours Pictogram Precipitation
